Paxtons has over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage market and have a division specialising exclusively in equity release, also known as lifetime mortgages.

We will quote a small fee for negotiating and setting up the arrangements if you decide to go ahead, dependent on workload and expertise required.
We are happy to work by phone or email, or to meet up in person. Paxton covers Kent, Sussex and London, taking in an area broadly defined by: Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Bromley, Orpington, Maidstone, Crowborough, Lewes, Brighton, Eastbourne, Hastings, Ashford and Haywards Heath.

Our initial discussions, fact-find, mortgage designing, sourcing and are free of charge. If you decide to take this further, we will provide you with a detailed illustration, including any fee we may require to get these arrangements in place, which is kept as low as possible and will not exceed £500. We are paid an introductory commission by the lenders and we will tell you the amount.
